Hi, I’m Jess!

​I am a psychic medium, Reiki practitioner, and intuitive guide, but really, I am just someone who holds space for you to breathe, heal, and remember your own inner light.

​I bring a very down-to-earth approach to this work, blending deep mediumship validation with gentle healing energy. Whether you are navigating a heavy loss, riding the waves of a major life shift, or just wanting to feel re-centered and reconnected to your own path, I am deeply honored to sit with you.

​I’ve always felt pulled toward the in-between spaces; the places where the physical and spiritual meet, where words carry energy, and where healing feels like magick. That’s how Jess Between was born. It is my sacred space to share guidance, healing, and words that reconnect you with your true inner essence. My work is rooted in love, intuition, and the belief that we are all capable of transformation.

​My own path hasn’t been a straight line at all. It’s been messy, human, and full of lessons. I have been many versions of myself (thanks to Chiron hanging out next to my sun, moon, Mercury, Lilith, and Mars, lol!). But every step has shown me how powerful it is when we pause, realign, and listen to the guidance that’s already within us. I have been intuitive my entire life, and recently remembered who I was and what all that means to me—stepping into active practice with Tarot and Mediumship readings for my clients.

When we work together, my job isn't to hand you a map or pretend I have all your answers. My job is simply to hold up a mirror so you can remember what your soul already knows. Whether we are unlocking a message from a loved one or calming your nervous system with Reiki, the goal is always the same: to help you find your footing and step back into your own power.
